Since its launch Brasserie at the Bay has gained a loyal following from guests and locals alike. Indeed for some guests the Brasserie has become a destination in its own right, returning again and again the sample each new menu! Led by Head Chef Callum Tasker, our menus are very much a reflection of the incredible produce that this beautiful part of the world in blessed with. Modern British in style but with definite French, Italian and eastern influences, Callum's menus have one simple aim. To surprise and delight in equal measure.

Chef has a very singular attitude to the differing dietary requirements of our diners. To his minds every dish that comes out of the kitchen must have equal appeal to everyone. It's an inclusive philosophy that's obviously strikes a chord because one of our most popular dishes to date in 2020 has been his Mushroom Wellington which is 'friendly' to all tastes. For other dietary needs all we ask is that you make us aware at time of booking and chef will be more than happy to cater for your specific requirements should you not find anything suitable on our menus.

The Brasserie menu is served from 6.00pm - 8.30pm. Monday - Sunday
Sunday lunch is served from 12.00 to 2.30pm.
