This two bedroom apartment forms part of an exclusive high quality conversion of a Georgian period building on the well known "Terrace" in Torquay which boasts a fantastic location overlooking the marina and harbour side. The self catering apartment has two entrances. Internally the excellent furnishings and décor provide a very spacious and homely feel and the quality fittings in the self catering kitchen, en-suite and family bathrooms add a touch of luxury. Access to our self catering apartment is via steps to a large lounge / diner which has comfortable seating for 5 on leather reclining sofas, also present is a Dining Suite which is ideal for any occasion. The lounge entertainment consists of a 32 inch HD Ready LCD Television with freeview, DVD Player, VHS Player + DVD & VHS library for use during your stay. In the lounge there is open access to the Kitchen. The kitchen has the following facilities - Electric oven hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

From the lounge the hallway leads to the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom has a Double Bed with direct access to its en-suite. The en-suite has a shower, WC & basin. The master bedroom also enjoys access to the private courtyard which has been newly decked and has a seating area and also a separate two-seater swing chair to relax away the day. At night this area looks absolutely stunning as the blue LED deck lights compliment the corner water feature.

Bedroom 2 has the ability to be a twin room (2 single beds) but also a 6ft Super-Kingsize Double bed. The room is very spacious and can also become a triple room by adding an additional single bed to the room. Across from bedroom 2 we have the family bathroom. This bathroom has a bath with hand held shower over, WC & basin.

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy for Sovereign House

  1. The booking is paid in full at the time of making a reservation.
  2. A week commences at 3pm on Saturday and ends at 10.00 am on the Saturday of departure. These times are to be strictly adhered to so that the proprietors can clean the apartment.
  3. The Proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused to persons, property or possessions whilst staying in the property. Car park is at owner's risk.
  4. The accommodation should only be used by the persons who made the reservation and must not exceed the limit for this property which is set at five people.
  5. Cancellations must be made in person by calling us on 01803294722 or by Registered Post. The hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let under the same terms as the original booking. We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation.
  6. The accommodation, together with furniture, fittings and utensils must be left in the same condition as found on arrival. The person whose name the accommodation is booked under shall be responsible for any loss or damage during the period of occupation.
  7. In the interest of other guests, please ensure there is no unreasonable amount of noise within the apartment at any time.
  8. Any breach of the booking conditions or behavior detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests, or the Proprietor, will result in the immediate exclusion of the offenders, and the Proprietor re-taking the possession of the apartment.
  9. No pets are allowed on the premises.
  10. Smoking – Is not permitted anywhere in the property or on the outside decked terrace. Failure to observe this condition will result in termination of the rental and a cleaning fee of £200 charged
