what guests say about the Bay
"This is a superbly run hotel. The attention to detail is second to none and the whole team cannot do enough to make you feel welcome, looked after and relaxed. We stayed in the junior suite (Eden’s Cove) and loved the enormous, beautifully decorated bathroom and super comfy bed. The whole hotel is styled exceptionally well, especially the bar and lounge rooms, which are so inviting and peaceful. Book yourself into the Brasserie - the breakfast and dinner deal is a must - because the food is incredible. We got through most of the menu in our stay and every course was incredible. Also, make sure you try the hotel’s own Gin - you won’t leave without a bottle to take home, I guarantee. "
