Availability & room rates

Just a quick word about the various room rates shown in our booking engine. You'll find the generally we have three rates available for every room:-

 

Room only - gets you a great bed for the night with complimentary tea, coffee and water in your room and of course toiletries and lovely fluffy towels as a minimum. Classic, Deluxe rooms and suites all provide dressing gowns and slippers too. If you change your mind at any time during your stay you can have breakfast for an extra charge payable on check out.

Bed & Breakfast - if you want to enjoy one of our almost legendary breakfasts as part of your room rate, look for 'breakfast included' in room description. Your breakfast choices range from home made granola to our Full Devon and many more choices beside. Breakfast at the Bay definitely sets you up for the day and is served form 8.00am to 9.30am.
