We're not so much a team but more a family here at the Bay. We may be small, but we are highly motivated and proud to deliver class leading standards of service across all areas of the hotel and brasserie. If you join our friendly 'crew' you'll be encouraged and supported to grow your skills and explore new ways of doing things (in our book standing still is not an option!). Positions we are currently recruiting for are:-

Hotel/Brasserie - front of house
 

We're looking for a bright, personable individual who loves working with people.  You'll be working mainly in our award winning Brasserie and bar and need to have previous experience of working in fine dining environment or similar. You'll also be expected to help out with front of house in the hotel during busy periods such as check in/check out. It goes without saying that you'll need to be flexible, adaptable and above all a team player.

- Full time position or part time available

- Up to £11.00 an hour + tips + staff discount
- Mixture of morning shifts (8am start) and evening shifts (11pm finish).
   Based mainly in the Brasserie but will involve some light hotel duties
- Must be over the age of 18 for licensing purposes
- Must have experience of working in a high end, awarding winning
   restaurant
- Possess exceptional guest service skills with the ability to develop 
   lasting relationships
- Experience of working the bar a huge advantage

- Good command of English
- Good team player, hard working and flexible
- Knowledge of local food and drink would be an advantage

FRONT OF HOUSE staff
 

"Fine dining without the fuss" is how one diner described us and we couldn't agree more. Our award winning restaurant Brasserie at the Bay has gained a reputation not only for great food but also for the friendliness of its team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar environment but if you're passionate and enthusiastic, we'll provide the necessary training to make you a member of what we believe is the best front of house team in the bay.

- Good hourly rate + excellent tips
- Part time role with flexible hours available but mainly evenings but with breakfast shifts a possibility
- Preferably with experience in a fine dining environment

- Good command of English
- Good team player, hard working, flexible and reliable
