SEAFOOD FEAST tasting MENU
30th September - 9th October

To celebrate the England's Seafood Feast Festival Head Chef Callum Tasker has teamed up with the renowned Brixham fish merchants Wright Bros to ensure he has the pick of the catch to create this special seven course tasting menu. Only available for the duration of the festival so book early to make sure of your fishy on a dishy when the boat comes in!

Shag Rock Navy gin cured sea trout

bloody mary gel, pink grapefruit, olive oil snow, sea bluebells

Lou by Peyrassol Rosé 2021 Côtes de Provence

France A pale and delicate pink. Notes of small wild berries mingle on the nose with a hint of juniper

A rounded and delicate palate with a redcurrant acidity, fine tannins and spice on the finish
