Book midweek (Tuesday to Thursday) and our MidiBreak package is an absolute steal, because when you stay two nights we'll give you a third night absolutely free. Also included is dinner on your first night in our award-winning Brasserie at the Bay restaurant, sampling the delights of Chef Callum's à la carte menu. Or if you prefer, for a small additional charge, you can upgrade to our seven course Signature Tasting Menu. Naturally you'll also enjoy full breakfast every morning and on your last day a late check out will ease you on your way.
Needless to say we cater for all dietary requirements, Chef simply asks that you let us know ideally when booking so he can prepare appropriate menus tailored for your stay.
