Pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan - whatever your dietary leanings might be, here at the Bay you'll find our team in the kitchen have exactly the same ethos as when preparing menus for diners in general. That is creating flavoursome dishes prepared using local ingredients wherever possible. All we ask is that you give us reasonable notice (48 hours) of any specific dietary requirements you might have.
