Our wine hasn't been curated (a rather overused expression to our minds) but rather it has been sampled and selected by the owners, together with our merchants. So we are happy to stand behind each one. Yes we have our favourites and we share that with you too. Equally if you have a favourite you think might tickle our fancy, do let us know. Like so many things in life, we find wine is a constant voyage of discovery. And it's a journey we hope doesn't come to an end for a very long time!
WINES BY THE GLASS
For too long wines by the glass often confined diners to the less expansive end of wine lists. The opportunity to enjoy the finer wines was not afforded them. Well it's emancipation time here at the Bay so we're now offering a total fo 16 wines by the glass and your choice spans our whole list. From the more modest end of the card to the very top. Yours to enjoy by the glass as well as the bottle. Enjoy! Responsibly.
