HELLO!

Welcome to the Meadfoot Bay. Whether you're looking for a stylish alternative to a traditional B&B, or an antidote to mass market hotel chains, your search could come to a happy end at Meadfoot Bay. You'll find us in a wonderfully tranquil location, just a three minute walk from the famous beach of the same name and less than 15 from Torquay Harbour. Meadfoot Bay is privately owned with a team that have one simple aim. To make your stay memorable for all the right reasons! We hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you here soon to our haven on the English Riviera.
Phil, Vicki, Jody and the Meadfoot Team.

Please note Meadfoot is an adults only hotel and therefore we do not accept children under 14 as guests.
FOOD & DRINK

Our Brasserie at the Bay, to which hotel guests and locals are equally welcome, is open Tuesday through to Saturday 6.00pm to 10.30pm (last food order 9.00pm) and Sunday Lunch 12.00 - 2.30pm. You'll find our menu is very much focussed on making the most of local produce, cooked lovingly and served in a relaxed ambience. So if you're looking for a chilled end to the day head for the Bay!

OUT & ABOUT
Just minutes from our front door is what many regard as the most beautiful beach in Torbay. Amazing crystal clear waters which are a delight just to sit and enjoy or to get out and about on. Alternatively a fifteen minute stroll will find you standing by Torquay Marina surrounded by eateries including a Michelin star restaurant, classic fish and chips, trattorias, traditional pubs and bars.
If you've set your sights further afield you'd have to spend a week or more here just to scratch the surface (and of course we'd love you to!). From evocative steam train and ferry boat rides, to historic country houses or travelling back to prehistoric times in our ancient local caverns.
To find out more simply ask any of the team who will be happy to advise you and make reservations on your behalf if you wish.
