Sad but true. After an six amazing years we have called time on welcoming guests to the Bay. It's been a fabulous experience meeting so many people and hearing their stories. But perhaps even more so is the amazingly talented team who helped make the hotel and our restaurant the award winning hospitality businesses they have become.

But now the time has come for them to spread their wings and move onto the next phase of what will no doubt be stellar careers. If you've met them you'll know exactly what we mean! But to all our past guests a very big thank you for your loyalty and encouragement. We will miss you terribly.
